***Customer will confirm the type of container unloading, if it is live unload or drop in warehouse.

***LIVE - no need to inform the vendor to pick-up the container. Normally, the driver/ trucker waits for the container to unload within 1-2 hours.

***DROP Scenario

    1. The driver/ trucker drops off the container to the warehouse and comes back to pick up the container once the warehouse confirmed that it is empty.

    2. Upon warehouse confirmation that the container is emptied, we need to check and confirm with the vendor when is their availability to pick-up the        empty container.

    3. Once the vendor confirmed availability, inform the customer when the container will be picked-up and when it will be returned to port.

Note: There is additional charge to be paid by the customer if it is drop unload.

**When there is confirmation from customer, update the information in the system.

1. Log in to https://admin.drayeasy.com.

2. Go to Dispatch, find the container no. or order ID, check Live or Drop column and select from the dropdown list whether it is live or drop.
