1. Go to your Front App account.

2. Send an Email to the customer to provide the necessary info or documents.

3. Sales should be cc'ed.  

4. Daily follow-up with the customer until they provide the necessary documents.


Possible documents need from customer;

1. Purchase Order Number

2. Pick-up Number
