How to Handle Customer Hold Containers

1. Monitor availability of containers in Terminal website
2. Email Warehouse/Jobsite to confirm details and when they can received the container/s
3. Once container is available, check LFD and report to customer.
4. Set-up pick-up appointment a day before the LFD or by advise of Customer.
5. Make sure that trucker will pick-up the containers on time. Follow-up and remind them before teh pick-up appointment date/time.
6. Wait for Customer's go signal on when to negotiate/coordinate delivery schedule with warehouse/jobsite.
7. Informed Customer of the agreed/confirmed delivery schedule.
8. Make sure to deliver on time and update customer once delivered or of any delays.
