For Ocean Port Containers

1. Once container is available at terminal and ready to pick up, notify Trucker and ask them for the screenshot of available pick-up appointment.

2. Have them secure the earliest Pick-up appointment or the most convenient appointment date and time.

3. Once pick-up appointment is secured, email Warehouse and secure Delivery schedule with them.

4. Once delivery schedule is secured and confirmed, email Trucker of the confirmed Delivery Appointment.

5. Once pick-up appointment and delivery schedule is confirmed, notify Customer the dates along with the screenshot of the available appointments.

*** Notes

1. If in case the appointments are confirmed via phone call, make sure to send email and have them confirm it on email for our record.

2. Check memo and WHS internal memo to check if there is other requirement of sending delivery appointment.
